MS-Word, MS-Excel, Presentation & graphic packages like CorelDraw, PowerPoint, Business organization and processing using Tally 6.3, Managing databases and developing programs for commercial application using FoxPro, Practicing of data entry in Hindi/recognized Regional languages, Basic concepts of networking, Internet browsing and Email, Multimedia concepts, First aid maintenance of PC and its peripherals (Printer, Scanner, Web Camera, CD-Writer), Awareness of IT Act 2000, Developing soft skill viz. work culture, house keeping, communication skills.
